Program rules (Ambassadors)
What you can and cannot do as a Welcome Pickups Ambassador.
These rules keep the program fair and protect the businesses you refer. They are a short version of the Ambassador Program Terms, which apply in full.
Who can be an Ambassador
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have one Ambassador account, and you do not share it or let anyone else use it.
- The details you give us are true, and you keep them up to date.
- You do not work for Welcome Pickups as an employee or a contractor.
When you refer a business
Do:
- refer businesses you know, through Refer a partner;
- make sure the contact person knows you are referring them and agrees to hear from us;
- describe Welcome Pickups accurately;
- follow the marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you.
Do not:
- promise prices, discounts, terms or services that we have not confirmed in writing;
- say or suggest that you work for, act for or represent Welcome Pickups;
- send unsolicited bulk messages;
- offer money, gifts or other benefits to a business or its staff to influence its decision, or share your commissions with them;
- send false, invented or repeated referrals, or try to change how we count referrals or transfers;
- refer yourself, a business you own or run, or another Ambassador.
Your referral link
Your referral link is for businesses you know. Do not publish it on websites, social media or coupon sites.
Our name and brand
- You can mention Welcome Pickups by name when you refer businesses.
- Use our logo and other brand materials only as we provide them, only for the program, and without changing them.
- Do not bid on "Welcome Pickups", any other brand we use, or similar terms in search ads.
- Do not register domains, social media accounts or apps that use our names or brands.
If the rules are broken
We may suspend or close an account at once if its owner breaks these rules or acts fraudulently. In that case, we may also cancel unpaid commissions linked to the breach or fraud.
How you take part
You take part as an independent participant, not as our employee, agent or representative. You choose how and when you refer businesses, and you cover your own costs.
We use the personal data you give us, and the details of the businesses you refer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
