What are driver-issued invoices?

Invoices for a transfer can only be issued by the driver who provides the service. If company details need to appear on the transfer, a note can be added in the Notes section when the booking is made, and the driver will prepare it.

How can I manage transfer records in the Partner Web Dashboard?

You can use the Partner Web Dashboard to:

1. Keep track of transfers
2. Edit or cancel bookings
3. Download transactional confirmations by clicking on a transfer

What should I do if I need invoice or receipt help?

If you need help with invoices or receipts, the request can be sent to partnerships@welcomepickuos.com, and a response is provided by the Account Manager within the next two business days.
