Hotel owners have the opportunity to earn a commission for every transfer their clients complete through your Welcome Pickups landing page.

To collect your commissions:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click "Commission" from the sidebar menu
3. And then click "Wallet"
In your Wallet, you will see a list of commissions available for collection along with their status:
Commission status explanation:
- Paid: Your commission has been successfully paid by Welcome Pickups.
- Processing: Your commission has been requested for collection and is currently being processed by Welcome Pickups.
- Not collected: Your commission has not yet been requested for collection.
Caution: If you have chosen as payment method gift card the collect commissions button will not appear.
4. To collect your commission, click “Collect Commissions”
Things to know:
- Complete your Payment Preferences to qualify for collecting commissions. Now sure how? Check this guide here >
- You need to have a balance of over 50 EUR in order to receive your payment.
- Upon receiving your commission, you can access a payment statement and invoice for your records.
