How to change trip details on behalf of your guest (Hotels)

You have the option to request updates for a particular ride on behalf of your guest without having to reach out to our support team.


How to request updates for a specific transfer or trip: 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click "Recent Bookings."

  3. Then click on the transfer you wish to see the updates

  4. Click "Request Updates."

From there, you will be able to edit the trip that you need to modify.
