Create your account
- Go to the Ambassador sign-up page.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password. The password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number or symbol.
- Tick the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the Ambassador Program Terms. You cannot create an account without it.
- Click Become an Ambassador.
Note: You need to be at least 18 years old to join, and each person can have one Ambassador account. Welcome Pickups employees and contractors cannot join.
Verify your email
We send you an email with a verification link. Click it to open your account. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. On the Verify your email page you can also click Re-send Email. The new email replaces the earlier one, so use the latest link.
Log in to your portal
You can log in any time at welcomepickups.advocate.impact.com. The first time you log in, you may be asked to confirm your country and currency. This helps impact.com prepare your payouts.

Add your payout details
To get paid, complete Tax and Payout in your portal. You only need to do this once. impact.com, our payout partner, collects these details and sends your payouts.
- Log in and click Tax and Payout in the menu. You can also use the Add payout details button on your Dashboard.
- Personal information: check your name and email, and add your country, currency, address and phone number. Tick the box that allows impact.com to collect your tax and banking information.
- Indirect tax: say whether you are registered for VAT or a similar tax. You can only change this later through our team, so check it before you continue.
- Tax form: if you are asked for a tax form, for example a W-9 or W-8 form, follow the steps on screen.
- Payouts: choose how you want to be paid, by bank transfer or PayPal. Then choose when: once your balance reaches an amount you choose, or on a fixed day of the month (the 1st or the 15th).
- Verify your email: enter the code that impact.com sends to your email address.
Tip: The bank account holder name must match the name on your tax form exactly. If they differ, your payouts are held until you correct it.
The form shows any fee before you confirm your payout method. For example, PayPal charges a 2% processing fee, up to a set maximum.
