Payment timelines, what to expect, and how payouts work.
How the payment cycle works
Commissions become eligible for payout within 30 days from the moment they are marked as pending.
However, Welcome Pickups may apply a review period before releasing any payout. This review period helps protect both parties in cases where a transfer is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or where a referred partner leaves or is removed from the program.

Minimum payout threshold
Our partners who handles payouts, impact.com, only releases a payout when your approved balance reaches at least $10 EUR. If your balance is below this amount, it rolls over automatically to the next payment cycle — you never lose any earnings.
Once your balance crosses the threshold, the payout is released on the next payment date.
Reversal policy
Welcome Pickups may reverse a commission during the review period if the referred partner cancels their relationship with Welcome Pickups or if a transfer is found to be invalid. The maximum reversal is 100% of the commission. Once a commission has been set for payout, it cannot be reversed.
Payment Setup Reminders
Payouts can only be released if you have completed all requirements in your account as described here.
If any step is incomplete, impact.com will hold your payouts until it is resolved.
