How commissions work (Ambassadors)
What you earn for each referral, and when.
Each business you refer can earn you up to three kinds of commission. Hotels and vacation rentals can earn all three. Travel agencies and company accounts earn the first-transfer bonus.
We count transfers from our own booking records. A transfer counts once it is booked, by the business or for it. All amounts are in euros.
First-transfer bonus
Earned once per referral, when the business books its first transfer with us.

Fifth-transfer bonus
Earned once per referral, when a hotel or vacation rental reaches 5 booked transfers in total. If it reaches 5 at once, you get both bonuses together.

Recurring commission
For hotels and vacation rentals, you earn €1 for every booked transfer from the 6th onward. This runs for 3 years from the business's first booking. We add these up once a month and create one commission per business.
Example
You refer a Cluster A hotel. In its first year, it books 120 transfers.
- First-transfer bonus: €100
- Fifth-transfer bonus: €200
- Recurring commission: €1 for each of the 115 transfers from the 6th to the 120th, so €115
Your total for that year is €415. The hotel keeps earning you €1 per transfer for two more years.

When you see your commissions
- Your commissions appear in your portal, on your Dashboard and under My Referrals. Recurring commissions are added once a month.
- For hotels and vacation rentals, no commission is created until we have set the cluster. See Who can you refer?.
- Each commission stays Pending for 30 days while we check the transfers behind it. Then it becomes Ready for payout. See Getting paid.
Common questions

My referral became a partner, but I see no commission. Why?
For a hotel or vacation rental, we first need to set its cluster. Also check that the referral qualifies, as explained in Who can you refer?.

What if a transfer is canceled?
If the transfers behind a commission are canceled or refunded during its 30-day review, we may reduce or cancel that commission.

How long do recurring commissions last?
For 3 years from the business's first booking, as long as your account is open and the program is running.
