Your Ambassador portal (Ambassadors)

Your Ambassador portal is where you refer businesses, follow your referrals and see your commissions. Log in at welcomepickups.advocate.impact.com.

Refer a partner (the green button at the top): opens the referral form with your personal code, in a new tab.
Dashboard: your numbers and how you earn.
My Referrals: every business you referred, its status and the rewards it earned you.
Commission FAQ: opens How commissions work in this Help Center.
Edit Profile: your personal details.
Tax and Payout: your payout method and tax details.
Help Center: opens this Help Center.
Logout: signs you out.

If your payout details are missing, you see a message at the top with a button to add them.

Under your name you find the Refer a partner button and four numbers. Hover over or tap the question mark next to each number to see what it means.

Number	What it shows
Referrals bringing transfers	Businesses you referred that have booked at least one transfer with us.
Commissions pending	Commissions you earned that are still in their 30-day review.
Commissions ready for payout	Commissions that finished their review. They are paid in the next payout, once your payout details are complete and your balance is at least €10.
Commissions paid	Commissions already paid out to you.

Each business you refer appears here within about two hours. The first table shows your referrals, the rewards each one earned you and its status:

Status	What it means
In progress	We received your referral. The business has not booked a transfer yet.
Became a partner	The business has booked at least one transfer with us.
On hold	We are checking this referral before it can earn rewards. This is rare.
Not eligible for rewards	The referral does not qualify for commissions. See Who can you refer?.

The Rewards table lists each commission, the business it came from, its status and the date you earned it:

Status	What it means
Pending	In its 30-day review, or waiting for your payout or tax details.
Ready for payout	The review is over. It is paid in your next payout.
Payout approved, Payment processing	Your payout is on its way.
Paid	Paid out to you.
Payout failed	The payout did not go through and is being retried. Check your details in Tax and Payout.
Cancelled, Not eligible	The commission was canceled or does not qualify. See Getting paid.
