Welcome to the Ambassador Program (Ambassadors)
Earn commissions by introducing businesses to Welcome Pickups.
The Welcome Pickups Ambassador Program pays you for introducing businesses to Welcome Pickups. You refer hotels, vacation rentals, travel agencies and companies that could book transfers for their guests, travelers or employees. When a business you referred books transfers with us, you earn commissions.
Joining is free, and you decide how and when you refer businesses. Your commissions are paid by impact.com, the partner that runs the program platform and payouts for us.
How you earn
One referral can earn you up to three kinds of commission:
| Commission | When you earn it | Amount |
| First-transfer bonus | When the business books its first transfer | €20 to €100, depending on the type of business |
| Fifth-transfer bonus | When a hotel or vacation rental reaches 5 booked transfers | €100 or €200 |
| Recurring commission | For every booked transfer of a hotel or vacation rental from the 6th onward, for 3 years from its first booking | €1 per transfer |

How it works, step by step
- Create your account. Fill in the sign-up form and accept the Ambassador Program Terms.
- Verify your email. Click the link in the email we send you.
- Add your payout details. In your portal, complete Tax and Payout so we can pay you when your commissions are ready.
- Refer a business. Click Refer a partner in your portal and fill in the form with the details of the business.
- Follow your referrals. Each business you refer appears under My Referrals within about two hours. Our Partnerships team then contacts it.
- Earn and get paid. When the business books transfers, your commissions appear in your portal. After a 30-day review they are ready for payout.
Always use Refer a partner. It opens the referral form with your personal code already in it. If a business reaches us any other way, we cannot link it to you and no commission is paid.
