The Welcome Pickups Ambassador Program lets you earn commissions by introducing hotels, vacation rentals, travel agencies, and other businesses to Welcome Pickups.
Every time a business you refer becomes an active Welcome Pickups partner and completes transfers, you earn money — automatically, with no extra work on your part after the referral.
How you earn
There are three ways to earn commissions from a single referral:
| Commission Type | When you earn it | Amount |
| First Transfer Bonus | When your referred partner completes their 1st transfer | €20 – €100 depending on partner type |
| Fifth Transfer Bonus | When your referred partner reaches 5 cumulative transfers | €100 – €200 (hotels & vacation rentals only) |
| Recurring Commission | Every transfer your referred partner completes in their first 3 years | €1 per transfer (hotels & vacation rentals only) |
Your journey at a glance
1. You fill in the ambassador registration form.
2. The system automatically creates an impact.com account for you.
3. You receive an activation email from impact.com — you must follow the steps to activate your account.
4. You receive your unique referral link to the referral form
Attention: You need to save this link since this is the only link you must use in order to refer partners. Without it, your referrals will not be able to be attributed to your ambassador account.
5. Always use your unique link that you can find in your ambassador account to refer businesses to Welcome Pickups.
6. When your referred partners meet our eligibility criteria and book their transfers, your commissions are recorded and paid automatically.
