How to integrate your PMS / Channel Manager with Welcome Pickups (Hotels)

Integrating your PMS/Channel Manager with Welcome Pickups, allows you to automate the guest journey.

Welcome Pickups integrates seamlessly with your PMS/Channel Manager so all communication regarding transfers goes out automatically to your guests after they book a room with you.

By default, with an active integration, your guests receive three emails:

  • Instantly after they book a room with you, prompting them to book their pickups
  • A reminder to book their pickups 7 days before check-in
  • A final reminder to book their transfer back to the airport before check-out
This integration allows you to kick back, relax and just have guests setting up their pickups without you lifting a finger.

To set up your integration: 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Integrations" from the sidebar menu
  3. Click "Get Started"
  4. Select your PMS or Channel Manager from the list
  5. Click "Continue"
  6. Add your booking channels (optional)
  7. Click "Request"
