When making a booking for your guests, the system prompts you to include the passenger's email address.
It is recommended to do so as this ensures they receive important information such as the driver's contact details and other relevant information about their trip.
If you choose to add your guest's email address to the booking, they only receive confirmation emails in two separate cases:
- When their transfer is booked (A)
- When their driver is assigned (B)
Note: Your guests will never receive any pricing information via email
