When making a booking for your customers, the system prompts you to include the passenger's email address.
It is recommended to do so as this ensures they receive important information such as the driver's contact details and other relevant information about their trip.
If you choose to add your passenger's email address to the booking, they only receive confirmation emails in two separate cases:
- When their transfer is booked (A)
- When their driver is assigned (B)
Note: Your travelers will never receive any pricing information via email
